Sexual Excitation of The Woman

Sexual feelings
The sexuality of the woman differs substantially of that of the man. With women very much takes place in the head concerning sexuality. Women feel their sexuality as part of their personality. Besides they see their sexuality much more strongly connected with a partnership. The difference in handling sexuality becomes still clearer, if disturbances arise. Men want to usually solve the “purely mechanical problem” with the physician, approximately by prescription of medicines etc.
women see the causes for sex problems rather in partner conflicts or in environmental factors (like e.g. Stress). For men sexuality is usually a physical need, similar as hunger or thirst. The man goes at Sex more directly near and is oriented, mental conditions is considered often less rather physically.
Women reach the high point of the sexual desire feeling frequently between that 30. and that 35. Year of life. This level remains also still after the change years. Although the statistics shows the fact that the frequency of the sexual intercourse at the age decreases also with women is to be led back this frequently on the interest lacking of the partner. The statistics would look probable somewhat differently, if the women had younger men.
In the last years a change in self-confidence took place at the women, which accompanies also with a change of the female attitude to sexuality: The women take over an appreciably more active role with the organization of their sexual life.
What happens during the sexual excitation?
With the woman the excitation formation is in the genital range a complicated interaction of feelings, fantasies and physical reactions. The sexual reaction is divided generally into four phases (after Masters and Johnson, Sexologists):
* Excitation phase
* Plateau phase
* Orgasmic phase
* Recovery phase
Excitation phase
In the excitation phase the tension in the body rises. This tension, which is felt positively, is released by stroking, affecting, Petting, in addition, e.g. by sexual fantasies.
Physical sign is of the sheath. The sheath will further and longer, the sheath skin becomes “juicy”. The large labia swell on and unfold so the entrance to the sheath. The small labia will support thick and red and an opening of the sheath entrance. The Clitoris increases in size and extent and steps out from its environment easily. At the same time the nipples set up themselves, the breasts can easily swell and become larger. It comes to automatic muscle twitching, pulse and blood pressure rises.
Plateau phase
The excitation phase changes into the plateau phase. The excitation is strong and remains one while stably, before the orgasm is reached. In this time the outside sheath third narrows itself. This is called “Orgasmic Cuff”. In this range the strongest attraction expenditure-practices by back and forth the moving penis on the acorn. The clitoris withdraws itself few. Orgasmic phase

In the difference to most men the woman can come several times in rapid succession to the orgasm. Experiencing of the orgasms can be very different and is coined/shaped of many influences. The physiology is however always the same.
What still happens with the orgasm? The outside sheath third begins itself to pull rhythmically together, same takes place in the uterus. The closing muscle of the after contracts itself likewise like the “Orgasmic Cuff” of the sheath. The muscle tension is not limited only on the basin range, but seizes the whole body. Pulse, blood pressure and respiration rate increase in relation to the plateau phase only little.
Recovery phase
To the orgasm and/or the orgasms the recovery phase comes. The body needs a certain time relax from the complete excitation to. The blood must redistribute itself again. The labia achieve again its normal size of, the clitoris step out again easily, the sheath seal regress. The uterus swells off and shifts the used position.
