Chocolate is healthy! But caution: Which ingredient should be health-promoting and whether you should re-read of the sweet delicacy to only nourish now to be able itself.

If you want to connect however occasional benefit with health-conscious nutrition, you should buy chocolates, which have a high cocoa portion from 60% to 75% and with those sugars are not to be main added. Besides, you should unsweetened cocoa powder to the finished mixed prefer and without white chocolate do – only cocoa butter, sugar and taste material contains.
