Hint for Beautiful Nails

The beauty of our nails should be balance with its health.
Here are some hints to get beautiful nails:
*Nails once per week maintain.
*Before the nail care hands with moderate (plants) – soap well wash.
*The dirt under the nails with a brush and not with a pointed article remove.
*Nails always file and do not cut or pinch off. Straight shears press the horse shoe nail together in such a manner that it break, to splinter or tear can. Nails slowly and always in the same direction file. If possible professional nail files use. Professional nail files are very flexible and fit with springs when filing after.
*Wear bath shoes in public swimming facilities or saunas.
*Grant to the nails in addition, acetone-free nail polish remover.
*Always carry household gloves when deseaming, washing off, for the garden work or when being busy with chemicals.
*Mild nail polish remover without acetone use.
*The nail skin never cut off (it supplies the nail with nutrients), but somewhat up-soft and with a wooden chopsticks carefully push back.
*A mark per week a Fitnessbad for your nails: warmed vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil).
*To a balanced, vitamin-rich nutrition pay attention: fresh fruit and vegetable as well as Getreideprodukte. For healthy nails a sufficient supply of iron (in meat, leguminous plants, lettuces and green sheet vegetable), calcium (in milk, milk products, green vegetable) and zinc is important (in leguminous plants, seeds).
*Carry with cold weather warm socks and gloves.
*A-grown toe nails belong into medical treatment. Cut.
*Silicic acid has itself proven with weak and fragile nails. But you expect not too much. Nails grow slowly, approximately 1 mm per week.
