Climacteric

Climacteric are a phase, which through-lives each woman starting from a certain age.
During this period of life the woman of the phase the sex-ripe changes in the senility so called (age). With most women this change extends to the time between that 45. and 70. Year of life. During the change years the hormones of the woman change themselves over: Constantly less and less female sex hormones (Estrogens) are formed – the monthly bleedings become more rarely, until it for last rule bleeding, which Menopause comes.
Although the change years are not a diseased condition, but a natural event, complaints arise with some women due to the estrogen deficiency. Depending on how strong these are or how large the individual suffering printing is, a treatment can be necessary. Typical change annual complaints are for example hot flushes, sweats and swindles.
For instance the change years do not prepare any complaints for a third of all women, while with a further third over 50-years old easy problems arise to that. The last third is affected by very strong complaints, which make a therapy necessary.
Change annual complaints are treated primarily assistance of hormone preparations (so-called hormone spare therapy). They are so far the most effective means to the alleviation of the arising complaints. Due to possible side effects regular control investigations are advisable with the gynecologist during a hormone spare replacement.
