Volcanic Eruption: Ash a Danger to Health

The huge ash cloud that floats after the eruption of the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjalla over Europe, is harmless to health. Only people with existing respiratory problems such as asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema may suffer more symptoms, such as the British Health Authority Health Protection Agency (HPA) announced.
